SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Most of our products ship within 1-2 business days after order placed.
If you experience any challenges with your delivery or want to make any changes in your delivery options, that must be done via the shipping carrier. When you reach out to them, please reference your tracking number. Please note that Master Joe's will not be able to do this for you.
Not what you were looking for? No worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee, you have 7 days to let us know if you liked it or not. If you didn’t enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and we’ll ship you another coffee of your choice!
To return a coffee or another product, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If for any reason you do not wish to receive another coffee, we will refund your initial purchase, less the cost of shipping.
CHANGE OR CANCELATION
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach us at 818-437-0692 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST) or send us an email at email@example.com and include your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed and processed. Note that any change or cancelation of your order need to be made prior to item being shipped from our facility, which is usually within 1-2 business days of order place.
