How fresh is the coffee I'm ordering?Coffee roast freshness is extremely important to us, that's why we package and ship your order within 1-2 day of roasting.

Shipment was opened or damaged, what should I do?"We ship your coffee in well packaged boxes or bubble mailers so damage to the coffee package itself is rare. If you receive a shipment that was damaged in shipment and a coffee bag was punctured or opened, then do not use the coffee. Take a picture of the package as you received it and send it to us by email along with your order number and shipment information. We will ship you a new one.

Which store can I buy Master Joes coffee from?We only accept online orders. We strongly believe in selling our roasted coffee as close to its roasting date as possible, therefore we do not consign our products at any storefront. Once an online order is placed, we will bag and seal the desired product with the freshest roast from the selected product and ship it out to the customer within 1-2 business days of order.
