  • How fresh is the coffee I'm ordering?
    Coffee roast freshness is extremely important to us, that's why we package and ship your order within 1-2 day of roasting.
  • Shipment was opened or damaged, what should I do?"
    We ship your coffee in well packaged boxes or bubble mailers so damage to the coffee package itself is rare. If you receive a shipment that was damaged in shipment and a coffee bag was punctured or opened, then do not use the coffee. Take a picture of the package as you received it and send it to us by email along with your order number and shipment information. We will ship you a new one.
  • Which store can I buy Master Joes coffee from?
    You can always place an order through our online store and we will ship out a freshly roasted coffee to you. We are slowly expanding our market by placing our freshly roasted coffees at local retailers. You can see our current retailers on the bottom of our products page.
